1. The service

nenpower provides online video courses ("Series"). Some episodes are free to watch; the rest require a paid membership.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a valid email address to subscribe. Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

3. Membership, billing and auto-renewal

Memberships are billed in advance, monthly ($10) or yearly ($100), in USD, through our payment processor Stripe. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Promotional prices apply for as long as your subscription stays active.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and won't be charged again. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 14 days.

5. Content and licence

All videos and materials are owned by nenpower or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to stream them while your membership is active. You may not download (except where we offer it), record, redistribute, or publicly show the content.

6. Changes

We may add, update or retire content and features. If we change prices, we'll give you notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
